Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all countries available to you in the drop-down menu on checkout. Delivery times will depend on the delivery methods available when you purchased your item, and also on the location of your delivery address. If you have purchased a custom order, this may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
How We Deliver
To ensure successful delivery, we use ‘track and trace’ couriers, which leverage barcodes and scanning to follow the progress of the delivery. This delivery system requires a signature on receipt of the package. If a problem arises, you are able to follow up with the courier company involved, and proof of delivery and/or the status of the package can be supplied.
Your Delivery Address
- Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes outside of New Zealand or Australia.
- Because a signature will be required, it is a good idea to provide a delivery address where you will be during the day, such as a work address.
- If your work address is in a multi-level or large building, please note most couriers will only deliver to the foyer.
- You are responsible for the package once it has been delivered.
- If the courier is unable to leave the package at the address you provided, they may leave a card to advise you where you can pick up the package.
- Please be aware we are unable to provide exact delivery times by our couriers, and that couriers do not call prior to delivery.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
You may like to have your purchases delivered to different addresses. To do this, you will need to place each order separately, as we can only deliver to one address per order.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, however, most orders placed in the morning are dispatched that same day.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, approximate delivery times are as follows:
New Zealand orders: 1-2 working days
- Australia, 2-3 working days
- Rest of World, 6-14 working days
We make every attempt to deliver goods within the time frames provided, however, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries, which may vary for different products. We may post a notice on our website informing of a shipping blackout period.

Tracking Your Package
We will email and/or WeChat message you the tracking number of your package. You will be able to follow the progress of your package through the courier company.
Package Custom Charges & Import Duties
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. BONZ reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
Please note that in accordance with New Zealand export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your order total.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be subject to terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates). To be notified of any future free shipping or other promotions by email, simply sign up to BONZ News in the website footer.
Additional fees apply for bulky shipping. Express shipping charges still apply unless the order qualifies for free express shipping.
