Delivery Locations and Times:

We offer worldwide delivery to the countries listed in the checkout drop-down menu. Delivery timelines depend on the chosen shipping method at the time of purchase and your delivery address. For customized orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Our Delivery Approach:

We ensure secure delivery through our track-and-trace courier services, employing barcodes and scanning for accurate package monitoring. Signature confirmation is required upon package receipt. In case of any issues, you can coordinate with the courier company for delivery updates, proof of delivery, or package status.

Your Delivery Address:

Kindly note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside of New Zealand or Australia. Since a signature is necessary, consider providing a daytime delivery address, such as your workplace. If your workplace is in a multi-level or large building, please be aware that couriers usually deliver to the foyer. After delivery, you assume responsibility for the package. If delivery to the provided address is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card indicating where the package can be collected. Note that couriers do not typically provide advance calls before delivery.

Multiple Delivery Addresses:

Should you desire separate delivery addresses for your purchases, each order needs to be placed individually, as we can only accommodate one address per order.

Delivery Times:

We strive to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, with morning orders often shipping the same day. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:

New Zealand orders: 1-2 working days

International deliveries:

  • Australia: 5-10 working days
  • Rest of World: 6-14 working days

Late Deliveries:

While we aim to adhere to provided time frames, we cannot assume responsibility for late deliveries, as these may vary for different products. We might post notifications on our website regarding shipping blackout periods.

Package Tracking:

Upon dispatch, we'll send you an email and/or WeChat message containing your package's tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey through the courier company's tracking system.

Customs Charges and Import Duties:

Please be aware that international shipping costs do not include taxes or duties potentially levied by customs at your destination country. Any applicable duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility. BONZ reserves the right to deduct return costs from total returns if orders are refused at customs due to unpaid duties and taxes.

Important Note on Customs Declaration:

In accordance with New Zealand export regulations, all items must be declared at their precise value and marked as dutiable "merchandise." We are legally prohibited from labeling orders as "gifts" for export purposes, even if intended as such.

Free Shipping and Promotions:

Orders qualifying for free shipping will have shipping costs automatically deducted. Occasional free shipping promotions are subject to terms and conditions, such as minimum spending requirements or specific dates.
